Day One





I am tired of the middle section of my body...I work out with Jillian and the girls with the Firm Express in my basement on a regular basis, but nothing is happening. So, I have decided to take up running. Haven't done it since college, but what the heck. Picked up some new shoes, grabbed some headphones for my Iphone and off I went...the first day was not too bad. Let's see if I can keep it up - my goal - a 5k in Frederick at the end of March. Stay tuned for further details on this latest phase in my quest to bring back abs of steel.
