Our good friends the Greenes know we love Maryland basketball. So every season when they have extra tickets, they give us a call and offer them up. Usually the kids jump at the chance, but I am always secretly hoping I get to go too. Maryland basketball is so fun to watch. As it turns out, I made the cut this time, and also, they were able to offer a ticket to dear Chaz. There is no bigger Terp fan than Chaz. He sat next to me and gave a play by play throughout the game - he knew every stat about every player on both teams...unbelievable. If I am ever feeling down in the dumps, a few minutes of talking to Chaz about sports is a sure cure. Watching him enjoy the game was perfect for me on this cold January day.
