One of the best parts of my job is when I get to leave the confines of the Council Office Building and go out in the community to cover a story. It was a big bonus when I found out one of the segments I will be producing for this month's planning show involved going to a local nursery to profile their involvement in a new environmental program. It was perfect - a cool day with no humidity with plenty of opportunity for beautiful video. It's hard to classify this as work.
