If it hasn't hit me yet that my kids are growing up way too fast it was solidified this weekend. Erik and Claudia had their first official high school dance. They were both excited, and really the best part of it was watching them share the experience together. They truly are good friends and both of them share some wonderful friends. It is something I really love to watch. The best part of it is they don't think twice about any of it - I guess that is part of what makes having a twin so special. These are the times I forget about all of the sleepless nights, spit-up, and fussiness and realize good things come to those who wait. Let's hope I'm saying the same thing next year.
