Learned Something New

And that is that coconut oil is a fat that is good for you. The health benefits of coconut oil make me wonder why we all aren't eating it by the bucketful. Hair care, skin care, stress relief, weight loss, increased immunity, better digestion and metabolism, arthritis and the list goes on. I stopped at Trader Joe's on my way home from work today and picked some up... Needless to say I gagged when I took my first spoonful. I'm supposed to take 3 a day but if it is as miraculous as they claim I'm in.

  1. oh yeah, I've heard that--we tried coconut water here... gagged so bad I just couldn't do it! good luck!! :)
