Steve and I took a much needed vacation this past week to the Pacific Coast. Started in Santa Barbara, ended in Carmel. We did the whirlwind tour of Hearst Castle, Pacific Coast Highway, 17 mile drive, Nepenthes and Pebble Beach. Its really hard to put into words the beauty of this area. The climate was wonderful and truly I did not know places like this existed in real life. I loved every second of it, and really wanted to stay....but alas, I guess I do need to continue to be accountable in the real world. Maybe some day I will be able to live the life of leisure.....
