This year, our youngest son Erik is playing for a new basketball team through a private school in Frederick. It's been wonderful for him, as he is one of the better players on the team so he gets a lot of play time and makes a lot of great contributions to the team. The best part of it is, he is having fun. And, in the end, that is really what it is all about. It doesn't matter who you play for; it's how you grow as a player and a teammate....and as a parent on the sidelines.
